These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the XO Continuity platform operated by XO Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria as RC 1761601, with its registered office at Alexandria Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
2. This website
The information on this site is provided for general information about our company and our platform. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but it does not constitute a contractual offer, and product descriptions may change as the platform develops.
3. Platform access
Access to the XO Continuity platform is provided to healthcare facilities under a separate written agreement. That agreement governs subscription fees, service levels, data processing obligations, and the responsibilities of each party. Where these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
4. Acceptable use
- Facilities may use the platform only to communicate with their own patients about appointments those patients have made.
- The platform may not be used to send promotional, advertising, or bulk marketing messages.
- Facilities are responsible for the accuracy of the patient data they enter and for obtaining patient consent to be contacted.
- Account credentials may not be shared. Each staff member must have their own account.
- The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another facility's data.
5. Not a clinical system
XO Continuity supports appointment administration and patient follow-up. It is not a medical device, does not provide clinical advice, and must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency communication. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare professionals using it.
6. Message delivery
Messages are delivered through third-party networks, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and SMS gateways. We take reasonable steps to ensure reliable delivery and to log and retry failed sends, but we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered at a particular time.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, and all software, designs, and branding relating to XO Continuity, are owned by XO Technologies Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.
8. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from use of the platform is governed by the written agreement with the relevant facility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
